Preaching Prophecy

 

Michael Wilcock had served curacies at Christ Church, Southport (with Canon Pickering, vicar of St Nic's 1930 – 1944), and at All Souls, Langham Place, London, before becoming Vicar of St Faith's, Maidstone. He went on to become Director of Pastoral Studies at Trinity College, Bristol for five years before becoming vicar at St Nicolas Church, Durham. He  is author of Bible Speaks Today  IVP commentary on Luke. Michael retired in 1998 to Eastborne.

Preaching the Epistles

 
     
  Eric Alexander graduated with Master of Arts in 1954 and Bachelor of Divinity in 1958 from Glasgow University.In 1962 that he was called to the parish of Loudoun East Churchin the village of Newmilns. After 15 years there, in 1977, he was aware of God's call to the city centre church of St George's Tron, in Glasgow, where he served as senior minister for 20 years, until his retirement in 1997.

Throughout his ministry, and in his retirement years, he has spoken regularly at conferences such as the Keswick Convention. He has travelled in Europe, the Far East, South Africa,and widely in Canada and the United States.

Dennis Lennon, best known in Scotland as Rector of St Thomas's in Edinburgh had a varied ministry, trained as a precision engineer, became an evangelist in Thailand with OMF before becoming their Youth Director. He was vicar of the Round church in Cambridge and was a very poular preacher. He started the 'Kairos Trust,' wrote several books and bible note series.
